First impressions matter, and the way your event space looks when guests walk in sets the tone for the entire occasion. Our set up services are designed to take this responsibility off your shoulders so you can focus on other important details. We arrive at your venue ahead of schedule and get straight to work, making sure every table, chair, and place setting is arranged exactly how you want it.
Our team handles all the physical work involved in preparing your space. This includes unfolding and positioning tables, arranging chairs around them, and laying out tablecloths neatly without wrinkles or uneven edges. We pay attention to spacing between tables so guests can move around comfortably, and we make sure all furniture is stable and safe to use.
